No. We arrive early to set up your bounce house or other inflatable rental so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
If you need to cancel please call our office. All deposits are non refundable. All full payments are non refundable When you put a deposit in that inflatable is reserved for you. If you cancel for any reason the deposit or full payment is forfeited. If you pay in full your payment will go in as a raincheck and be able to be used within the year as long as we know a day in advance. If All Fun Bouncing has to cancel because of wind deposit will go into raincheck mode. If cancelled for bad weather your payment(s) will go in to raincheck mode as long as determined before arrival. We do not refund any money If we get to your location and we agreed to already come already you will forfeit all monies if event is cancelled for any reason.
